Physical activity is so important for your overall health and well-being, and it comes with many benefits. Studies show that any amount of activity is better than none, so find what works for you—run, walk, bike, swim, dance, play, or do chores (e.g., rake leaves, garden, vacuum). Build a fitness routine or simply move more each day, and track your minutes of activity for 14 of 21 days to complete the challenge.
Registration* opens on Sept. 23 and is open throughout the challenge. The challenge runs from Oct. 7 through Oct. 27. Register in your member portal through the Living Healthy tile.
